We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. If your location falls outside of our serviceable areas, we’ll contact you directly.

⚠️LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

711 Luxury Studio is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping information before placing your order. If an error was made on our part, we will replace the order at no cost to you.

📦MULTIPLE PACKAGES & LARGE ITEMS
To ensure timely delivery, some items in the same order may be shipped separately, depending on warehouse availability—even if you selected combined shipping.
Any items with size more than 40 cm, might be shipped without boxes.

How long will your products be sent out from our studio?
It often takes 1-3 business days to have your products in our studio from our supplier factories. Some shoes and bags such as H€RMES bags are customised, which might need 5-7 business days.
How long will you receive your parcels?
1. After payment, it will take 3 - 5 business days to ship out from our studio.
2. Then the parcels will arrive at the destination country in about 10 - 12 Business days. 
3. Then the local couriers will carry out the parcels and send them to your place. It will take around 3 - 5 business days to arrive.
How do you check the shipping status?
When you receive the shipping confirmation, it comes with a tracking number and tracking link. The tracking status will be updated in a few days. You can check the shipping status of your parcels at https://www.17track.net/en.
Which local courier will deliver your parcel?
US – UPS/USPS
CA - Canada Post
UK – Evri/Yodel/Royal Mail
AU – Australia Post

Why has the shipping information not been updated during the first week?
We would like to inform you that after your package is sent out, it will typically take around 7-10 days to be transported via a cargo flight and undergo customs clearance. During this process, the logistics tracking information will not be updated temporarily. Once your package arrives in your country, the logistics tracking number will synchronise with the latest information.
